Careers

Our company's positions are broadly classified into professional and general jobs. As a venture company in the IT technology field, professional jobs mainly include IT engineer positions. General jobs handle back office (accounting, HR, general affairs) and front office (sales, marketing, customer support).

In large companies, general jobs are subdivided, and there are departments that only do accounting or only marketing, each with a limited scope of work. However, in small organizations like ours, the scope of work is wide. This is not a matter of superiority or inferiority, but simply that each has its merits and demerits. Jobs in large companies and government offices are subdivided, so daily work tends to be monotonous. Some people like this, while others find it boring. In small companies, the scope of work is wide, so you can learn about the company's cross-functional system, but some people find it difficult to learn. In other words, it's about what you prefer.

Types Not Suited for Our Company

First, let's mention the types that are not suited for our company. These apply to all jobs, whether professional, general, full-time, or part-time. To save time on job hunting, you can grasp the image of the personnel we are looking for from these items.

  • People who find thinking troublesome: Those who prefer routine work are not suited for our company
  • People without ambition: Those who are satisfied with maintaining the status quo are not suited for our company
  • People whose work style is suited for individual competition: Our company is suited for those with a team-oriented style

Our recruitment policy focuses more on personality than skills and abilities. For example, even a highly skilled engineer, if they are not honest and are stubborn, we judge that their ability has reached its limit and there is little room for growth. People who are honest and flexible are expected to grow in the future. In other words, we judge them as potential talents. Also, being honest and not lying is important. Everyone might want to hide a mistake, but it is important that they can report it properly. Skills are prioritized over this. As has been reported in social issues such as cover-ups and falsehoods by major Japanese companies and public institutions, "an organization is its people," and working in such an organization can corrupt a person. Our company always keeps fair trade in mind and manages the company accordingly. No matter how careful you are, mistakes are inevitable, and if they occur, there is nothing to do but apologize and deal with them quickly. We seek people who do not attempt to cover up or escape difficulties through false reporting, and we deal strictly with falsehoods and cover-ups rather than the occurrence of mistakes. As mentioned earlier, if asked whether individual or team sports, we are closer to team sports, so we place importance on cooperation and integrity.

Benefits of Focusing on Personality Over Skills for Employees

Our recruitment policy focuses more on personality than skills and abilities. This has benefits not only for the management but also for the employees. In a small team, mutual trust is important. A comfortable company environment is considered more about trust and security than a luxurious office. Working with colleagues who share similar values is the biggest factor in QWL (Quality of Work Life). Poor relationships at work waste time, lower the quality of work, and can lead to stress-related health issues. By not hiring people who do not share values, a comfortable work environment can be maintained, which can improve work efficiency and positively affect performance, reflecting in employees' salaries and bonuses.

Our company does not recruit hundreds of people, but rather a few individuals. Recruitment is not about determining superiority or inferiority but about whether the team members fit together.
